Spyro Chrome Chameleon Mica. You can apply this a few different ways. Over a black tacky spray painted base, you can mix a very small amount into your epoxy then apply to project, you can brush it on molds and several other projects. Spyro comes with an applicator for NAILS ONLY. We have a lot of nail salons that buy from us and the applicator is for NAILS ONLY! This is NOT an eye shadow.
