You have to ADD YOUR OWN RUBBING ALCOHOL 91%.
Chameleon Ink set comes in 13 colors. Each bottle has plenty of product in it with a ball to shake it up to mix it well. You just need to add the rubbing alcohol 91% to about 3/4 to the top of the bottle. You can use a set of pliers to gently pry the tip off of the bottle with SLOW twisting movements until it comes up. 15ml bottles.
