G1237 Hot Tamales SEQUIN

Hot Tamales is a red holographic Sombrero, Cactus and Pepper SEQUIN glitter. Size is 17 mm on the hat being the largest.  These are sequins and need to be sealed with mod podge or a sealer.  It is great for handmade crafts, nails, body painting, hair art & Tumblers.
