Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy.

PICKUP option is if you are coming into our shop to pickup your order. Please do not chose this option if you need your order shipped.

Make sure you verify your shipping information is correct and spelled correctly before submitting your payment. If your shipping label is created and your address is incorrect due to typos or failure to change or update we will not be responsible for lost packages or return shipping to you. We do not offer refunds on any glitter or products. Make sure what you have in your cart is correct and what you want. We do not offer returns or refunds on any orders placed. WE CANNOT COMBINE SHIPPING ON ANY ORDERS. Once an order is placed it has to have it's own tracking number. You are responsible for checking your order once it arrives. You have 3 days to contact us with any issues regarding your order. DAMAGED or LOST packages require you to file a claim with the USPS if priorty or if you purchased the ROUTE insurance which we do recommend.
